Welcome to Silenso Clinic | Paul Schalch Lepe, MD

Silenso Clinic is a specialized otolaryngology (ENT) practice, focused on the diagnosis and treatment of nasal obstruction, sinus disease and snoring/sleep apnea.

We work in partnership with clinical and dental sleep medicine specialists, as part of a multi-disciplinary sleep clinic, for the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders.

Our parent group, ENT Associates of San Diego, is a well established general otolaryngology-head and neck surgery practice with over 35 years of experience, serving adult and pediatric patients in San Diego, the greater San Diego area and beyond.
